- Cycling Time Trials East District Annual General Meeting
- to be held on Friday 22nd September 2023
- at the Charles Burrell Centre, Thetford, IP24 3LH
- starting 19:30
- If any club has a proposition they would like to be submitted for consideration at the National Cycling Time Trials AGM would they please send to Don Saunders (Hon Sec) donalds1949@icloud.com by the 15th September 2023
- All Open Event (2024) applications must be submitted to Don Saunders (Open Events Sec) donalds1949@icloud.com or to Gravediggers Cottage, Church Street, Carbrooke, Thetford, Norfolk, IP25 6SW by the 15th September 2023.
An agenda for AGM on the 22nd September 2023 will follow in due course
Each club/association is entitled to send two delegates to the meeting, if a committee member your club is still entitled to two extra delegates
Don’t forget all Club Event applications for 2024 must be submitted to Denese Hallahan by 30th November 2023
